After Christmas

I hope that Santa brought you something nice for Christmas and you weren't on the naughty list!!!  This time last year, we were snowed in here in ALABAMA but this year we received rain instead but it was still a great day.  It was on the LORD'S day and that made it even more better!  We had church services and it was great!

Now as we get ready to gear up for the NEW YEAR 2012 just remember to give GOD some Praise for allowing you to cross over into a new year and to be a witness to that.  There will be some who will start out but won't make it.  There will be lots of resolutions made by many people and some will carry through with theirs but there will be many who will have good intentions but never follow through.

I want to take this time to wish everyone of my readers/visitors a happy, prosperous and fulfilling NEW YEAR and BE SAFE!!

Christmas

As we fastly approach this Christmas holiday season let us not forget those families who are less fortunate than we are and may need a helping hand. 

Let us not forget the real reason for this holiday in that it is not in the gift giving because God gave us all the best gift of all, HIS SON, who died on Calvary for all of us so that we might have a right to the tree of LIFE!!

There are so many who feel just because they don't have money to buy gifts but failing to realize that if you celebrate Christmas for what it should be celebrated then you will find that the gift giving really don't matter as long as everyone is in good health, have a roof over their heads, food on your table, that is enough to celebrate!!!

Giving of yourself to help someone is a gift in itself although you may not realize it.

JESUS is the only reason for the season!!
